Wonderful Church and staff
I hope whoever takes the time to read this google review takes everything I have to say into consideration. This google review has nothing to do with Eastwood Baptist Church it only has to do with the daycare part. To the parents considering Eastwood child care as a place for their children I will go ahead and say it is a great school. I have had the privilege of knowing some really amazing teachers there who really love and enjoy their job. This review has nothing to do with the teachers or the school. Now time to move on to what the google review is really about. As a past employee for over a year at Eastwood I can truly and honestly say that job experience was the WORST job experience I have ever had. I have never worked with a more unprofessional manager in my life. Leaonda Palmer will make your job experience a living nightmare. She will not help you in any way whether with your children, classroom, etc. She will never reward you or give you positive feedback about anything you may do at Eastwood. I have never been so stressed out nor cried so much at a job. I have literally gone to her office crying asking her why she has been so hateful towards me. I have never seen such a high turn over rate. I did learn how to develop as a good employee though only because of Sue Sanders & Arenda Schultz. They were the two who kept me going everyday until I could get out of that horrible place. Leaonda Palmer likes to walk around as an amazing Christian women who has a big heart to love but in reality I have never felt more bad about myself than being around her. That place is very toxic to work for and I was blessed to be offered an job for an awesome company in Shreveport where in two year I became the manager. I took how awful Leoanda did as a manager and truly learned how leadership worked in a company. The point of this google review was to let future employees know what they are getting into. I am not a member of Eastwood but, I am very welcomed there whenever I join them to worship.
Nice friendly people never had any problems with them lots of parties and fellowships we just became members on sunday
