This has got to be one of the worst car wash facilities in the area.
So far I'm out a total of over $30 in trying to use them. Not only that, the phone number for them goes directly to a fax machine.
Paid $10 for the automatic car was this morning. It processed my payment and told me to proceed. However, the car was never told me when to stop. I tried passing through multiple times and also stopping on the mechanism that I believed where to stop. A waste of $10 to start the weekend is not a good thing.
On at least 3 occasions I have attempted to use their automatic or self serve wash services their machine takes my money and nothing happens.
I went to self-wash my car and deposited a good amount of quarters. AS I began to wash my car, a leak appeared at the very top, and the mechanism started swinging around in circles. As I ran to turn the knob to stop, the wand hit me and my car several times. My car now has several scratches thanks to there inability to check equipment.
Horrible! Credit card machines wouldn't work in self wash had to go through automatic carwash paid $10 and truck was still covered in dust! DO NOT USE!
