If I could give a 0 I would. We went to this McDonalds with two young children. I went in and ordered our food and was asked for here or to go? I said for here. We received our food and sat down and began to eat with our two young children (2 & 8). 5 min later a cook comes to us and tells us they are closed and we need to leave. I thought this was very rude! Had they had said something when I ordered we would've left and went to another place that was going to be open so our children would've been able to eat their food. We instead had to throw out our meals because we had already put ketchup on the bags so we had no way to carry them. So our children we not even able to finish their meal. I was very disappointed in the way they handles things. We should've been allowed to eat our food. They could've locked the doors and did their cleaning and we would've been done before long. They were out the door before we even made it to our car to start it. How in the world did they clean up that fast? Horrible horrible service!
Slow service, inexperienced person at register, no toilet paper in men's restroom, floor slick and wet from rain...elderly man slipped and fell.
Awesome beyond reason. Every time I go to McDonald's I have some kind of disappointment but this one in haughton is on point, fast, efficient, amazing customer service, and they get it right like they could do it in their sleep.
The double cheeseburgers are great and they have the best fries when they're cooked fresh
Service was pretty slow when trying to order inside. The food was alright. I did, however, enjoy the newer layout of the dining area as it is designed to accommodate a much more diverse crowd, from college students studying to church groups to small family get togethers.
